Shipping Policy

All in-stock items are shipped on the first business day following the date of purchase. Items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. US Shipping only, no international orders. A street address (no P.O. Boxes can be accepted) must be entered at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to incorrect address entry will incur an additional shipping fee. In the event an item cannot be shipped on schedule a representative will contact the buyer at the phone number or email provided at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

Unopened items may be returned at the expense of the buyer within 15 days of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced with an identical product or store credit at the discretion of Herb's Hobbies and Crafts.
